Community Engagement
Research is a tool that helps us answer the most pressing questions of our time
Research in service of community is using the tools and resources at our disposal to answer pressing questions and discovering answers that can have meaningful impact.
Whether it is doing research alongside youth so that they can seek the answers to questions they have to support schools in responding to emergent or ongoing issues, I strive to ensure that the work I do is always alongside students, teachers and staff.
If you are interested in engaging in a collaborative problem solving process to help make systems change with your school, program, or organization please feel free to contact me.

Dignity
I value human dignity and the ability to make choices for ourselves. No matter who you are and what you do, you have value. You deserve to be treated with respect.

Systemic Change
When we honor the voices and lived experiences of all people in your community, we create frameworks that help you make better decisions. Let’s do something different that’s both evidence-based, culturally responsive, and anti-oppressive or social justice-informed.

Collective Healing
Healing isn’t an individual process. Together, we find capacity-building solutions that ensure parents, teachers, schools, and kids can collectively maintain the healing. We all need to be part of the conversation.
